School Development Priorities

• To further embed and enrich the curriculum at Buckingham. 
• To increase parental engagement in school to improve the home school relationships and sign post areas including attendance, mental health, anxiety and behaviour etc. and to link with continued marketing plan.
• Through quality first teaching and targeted interventions to demonstrate progress in pupil outcomes (to be in line with NA) particularly including Writing/Reading and Maths Greater Depth. 
• To undertake an in-depth review of the leadership structure of our school, taking in to account the needs of our pupils and their families.
